We would like to congratulate Arman Tolentino for his acceptance into ULI’s Center for Leadership Class of 2021! Arman is a Project Architect and chair of SMALLWOOD’s Grow Committee, an employee-led group dedicated to promoting professional development opportunities for our staff through mentorship and educational programs such as lunch and learns, project tours, and weekly technical seminars.

With over 12 years of industry experience, Arman has worked on over 2 million square feet of commercial real estate developments, including office, multifamily, hospitality, parking, and mixed-use developments. He is currently working on a renovation and expansion of the Macon City Auditorium.

The ULI Atlanta Center for Leadership is a powerful local resource to help guide the responsible development of the Atlanta region by strengthening connections and understanding among area organizations that guide and influence real estate development.
