Smallwood is seeking to hire the next generation of leadership for our Industrial practice. The ideal candidate for this position will already have 8 to 10 years of design and project management experience in shell and BTS distribution, light manufacturing and corporate office projects. This candidate will maintain current client and consultant relationships and develop new ones, respond to proposal requests, manage agreements for design services with owners, design-builders and consultants, and provide direction during the design, construction documents and construction administration phases of services.
