Bill Loomis


Bill has over eighteen years of professional experience in Architectural Design and Project Management for a broad range of projects including Multifamily, Commercial Office, Performing ArtsWorship and Industrial developments. His focus is on maintaining the goals of the client and working with the entire project team to deliver a project that meets and exceeds the client's expectations. He works to gain the trust of consultants and contractors through his construction and code knowledge and has been able to work side by side with them to problem solve and find solutions that are of the greatest benefit to all involved.

As a Project Manager, Bill leads the teams throughout the duration of the project while coordinating the activities of the project staff and consultants. He will direct team meetings and monitor project cost, schedule as well as the quality of design and production documents while maintaining day to day contact with the client.
