Aqua Midtown, a bold architectural statement for the community, brings a dynamic style and extensive concierge services to its residents. The eighty-five units comprise one, two and three bedroom homes above five levels of parking and offer superb views of the city’s surrounding skyline from most of them. There are six penthouse units located on the top three of the twenty-five-floor building.  

Private elevators serving each unit eliminate the need for public corridors, which improved the efficiency of each floor level by allowing the design to maximize the amount of saleable square footage. A small corridor provides access to a service elevator, trash chute and a passageway to two fire stairs.

Amenities include a free-form swimming pool, entertainment deck with indoor/outdoor club room and catering kitchen, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a furnished resident guest suite. High-speed Internet, basic cable and telephone service are included in the maintenance fee. Wi-Fi in the lobby and on the club level, and 24/7 concierge and valet service are also provided.
