Georgia Commerce Center Building 100, 200, 300 and 500

This multi-phase project for Georgia Commerce Center, located in Savannah, Georgia, consisted of architectural and interior design services for multiple built-to-suit buildings. The buildings included a 315,055 SF rail-served, front-load, dock-high office and distribution warehouse for freight forwarder Capital Cargo International. The services also involved three other warehouses, a 196,220 SF front-load building and two rail-served, concrete tilt-wall panel buildings that were 251,472 SF and 383,200 SF.
