Ritz Carlton (now Hyatt Ziva) Rose Hall

Montego Bay, Jamaica

Ultimate Jamaican Family Retreat

This five-story, 430-key resort hotel is positioned adjacent to the historic Rose Hall Plantation near Montego Bay, Jamaica. The 410,000 SF facility features a club lounge, 110-seat seafood restaurant, poolside café, retail area, spa/fitness center, beauty salon, swimming pool, and a tennis center set amidst lush tropical landscaping. Guestrooms offer excellent ocean views.

The facility is situated near two 18-hole golf courses, including the well-known Half Moon Bay Golf Club. The resort features an additional 27-hole championship golf course designed by Von Hagge.

In keeping with the hotel’s relationship with Rose Hall, the main lobby features a marble palette complemented with ornate millwork in the colonial Jamaican style. Other key areas of the facility include an 11,500 SF ballroom, an exterior function terrace, and a 6,500 SF pavilion.

The site is heavily landscaped with local flowering vegetation, including tropical trees and shrubs, creating the overall ambiance of a plantation estate.

"...This was a large, complex and challenging project encompassing several years, and we enjoyed working with your team throughout the Design and Construction phases of the project."
