The Elora at Buckhead luxury apartment tower is located at the intersection of Peachtree Road and Stratford Street in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. The building consists of a 32-story tower component on top of a three-story, all-glass commercial podium. The commercial space adjoining Peachtree Road will continue the active street design along this retail avenue with restaurants and retail stores. The main lobby provides access to the commercial tenants as well as the residential lobby.

Features and Amenities 

The project has a free-standing parking deck of 640 spaces with a large landscaped pool and outdoor club space for the residents on the top level. A fitness center and an interior club are open to the landscape amenities. Each of the 364 units in the tower is designed with both interior and balcony that take advantage of vistas to the Atlanta Skyline and outer perimeter areas. The rooftop amenities include a media room, a gaming room, spa treatment rooms, and a casual bar gathering space that opens to a landscaped garden which includes a large whirlpool spa.
