It is an 11-story grand structure sitting on a 3.23-hectare site with traditional palatial design themed after Hindu Chola Dynasty architecture. It offers 600 keys of upscale luxury hotel guestrooms. There is a large convention center that can accommodate the different scale of functions. It also has retail facilities that make it an easy place to stay.
