Architecture
The project shares a 5 level podium of parking, that accommodates 200-spaces, with a 12-story Class ’A’ office building. On top of the podium is an amenity deck that includes a 2,000 SF fitness center and an elevated pool that takes advantage of the distant views of the downtown Raleigh skyline. This level also includes a game room/club room with operable panels that lead onto the amenity deck.
Unique to The Eastern Residences at North Hills is the rooftop amenity deck on the 35th floor. A 3,000 SF multifamily club lounge and business center located on the southeast corner illuminate the signature top and offer unobstructed premium views of the downtown Raleigh skyline. Adjacent to the lounge is the outdoor amenity deck with a grilling station with dining areas, an oversized chessboard, and spaces for casual seating for residents to gather around on cool evenings.
As envisioned by the Owner, The Eastern Residences at North Hills was designed to be a premier destination and multifamily living experience for North Hills and the greater Raleigh area.
