Park Hyatt Chennai, a 201 key luxury hotel, occupies a site area of 9,338 SM with a gross construction area of 41,700 SM. Park Hyatt Chennai is located close to Chennai International Airport and nestled alongside Guindy Forest Reserve. 

The hotel features a 600 SM ballroom with three adjoining meeting rooms and a boardroom conveniently located on the first floor. The second floor offers five different food & beverage outlets. Recreational facilities are on the third floor, including a swimming pool, gym, and spa. Rooms and suites are located on fourth floor to the thirteenth floor.  

The design is classically modern, simple yet elegant. The porte-cochere is extended and punctuated with a fountain to provide a grand arrival experience. The design incorporates a reflecting pool in front of the all day dining to creating a serene ambiance for the guests' dining experience.
