Custom Design for Enhanced Brand Replication

The SkyHouse program is the development and design concept for a series of luxury high-rise apartment buildings across the United States. The program arose in 2009 out of a vision and a challenge by Novare Group based on the premise that a creative team working in close collaboration could design and construct high-rise residential projects in multiple urban markets at a cost marginally above that for low or mid-rise multifamily projects.

The SkyHouse multifamily apartments signage program was developed as a standard of design for signage in all SkyHouse locations. The complete signage and wayfinding package was designed for sign finishes to be easily modified allowing for seamless integration into differing interior design palettes at many locations. Custom stained wood veneer and brushed milled aluminum highlight the details of the design, yet do not distract from conveying necessary information to residents, visitors, and staff. The signage and wayfinding program resulted in elegant and distinctive applications in the residential towers and parking garages, all while adhering to tight construction budgets.
