South City is a landmark mixed use residential and retail development located on a twelve-hectare site with a gross construction area of 316,617 SM. The residential towers cluster around a central public green space with lush landscape and pools, allowing maximization of views and minimizing privacy concerns. An earth-tone color scheme is applied and three colors are used to accentuate the base, body, and crown of the towers.
