This direct beachfront, luxury holiday destination will feature 144 upscale branded residences, a 271-key luxury resort, and full amenities, such as F&Bs, banquet and function, and indoor recreation. The planned development is adjacent to the Al Mouj golf course.

The design theme “Riviera Lifestyle in Muscat” is for the “Jet Set”, an international social group of wealthy individuals who travel the world. The design theme attracts guests that best represent the idea of ”glamour on the beach”.

The outdoor views from the guestrooms are oriented and inspired by the “yacht lifestyle”.  The rooms feature off-white, navy, blue, and tan leather, distinctive fabrics, and local natural stone. Luxurious carpet, a soft, round design to the ceiling, white, crisp, elegant bathrooms, and retail-inspired walk-in wardrobes are included.

The grand lobby features a sculptural and organic staircase with timber flooring, while details such as a softened handrail, a sailboat-inspired chandelier, and crisp white backgrounds provide a residential feel. FF&E selections of soft and organic seating finished in rich fabrics in navy, blue, off-white, and tan leather were chosen. The introduction of vertical elements and modules that reach key elevations enhances the double-height lobby. From Omani patterns to screens that reach a residential mood, is conveyed through accessories and artifacts.

The bar utilizes strong, bold, saturated colors and feature design elements such as arches, soft angles to walls, and timber finishes. Guests may appreciate the use of ship-inspired ropes, richly textured and colourful fabrics, and a stage bar for performances by the barman.
