Alpharetta, Georgia
Stonebridge is the second and final phase of the Sanctuary Park master-planned office development located in Alpharetta/Roswell, Georgia within the robust GA 400 Corridor market. Building on the popular park-like attraction of the initial phases of Sanctuary Park, Stonebridge was master planned to carefully protect significant, mature tree growth as well as existing streams and buffers.
The routing of the existing parkway and access roads were reconfigured to better maintain existing grades and natural planting. Positive tenant feedback from throughout the park encouraged the enhancement of available amenities including the much-loved softball field.
The introduction of further outdoor amenities and landscaping features activated the natural environment to feel more like an urban park setting. Generous sidewalks, new traffic signals and convenient crosswalks allowed for better connectivity among the buildings in a safe, urbanized park like setting.
The lobby design for each building consists of a two-story space on the entrance side of the core that focuses exterior views to the natural tree save areas opposite the front of each building.
