A Landmark in the Heart of the City

As part of a large mixed use development, the project includes 150 units of branded serviced apartments and a luxury boutique hotel with sixty-two guestrooms and suites.

The hotel has 72 SM modules, and includes 43 Grand Club Rooms, eight Executive Grand Rooms, seven Mayfair Club Suites, two Mayfair Club Spa Suites, one Ritz-Carlton Suite and one Presidential Suite. The hotel rooms are located on four levels surrounding an atrium / sky-lit club floor. Meeting rooms, business center with a reference library, technology butler services, restaurant, lounge, 4,100 SM ballroom, outdoor pool, whirlpool and sauna, separate spa and health club, jogging track, outdoor basketball and tennis courts and a roof-top garden are provided. 

The project was designed around existing foundations on top of an abandoned development which included five levels of basement parking. Seven levels of structure were demolished. Hirsch Bedner Associates performed Interior Design Services for this project.
