This luxury residential complex includes two high-rise towers with over 200 units and twenty townhome villas. It is part of a larger mixed use project designed by our firm that also contains a Four Seasons Hotel and a 27-story office building. Amenities include tennis courts, a world-class spa, pools and a 100-slip marina.   

Shared by the entire complex and adjacent to the residential towers is a man-made beach which features a waterfront walkway and pier. Inland from the beach is an elaborate lagoon pool, two tennis courts, a world class spa opening up to a pool deck, water features, and function lawns, all of which are available for use by residents and visitors to the complex. The complex contains a full-service marina with 100 slips for watercraft of all sizes. 

All facilities within the complex are linked by pedestrian walkways with lush landscaping. Design components of the buildings include arched doorways, wind towers, and traditional domes which reflect the Islamic architectural heritage specific to Qatar.
