Hilton Zhengzhou is a 150 M tall landmark tower with a four-level podium. It is part of the Zhengzhou Manhattan mixed use development. It is located along the busy main avenue, Jinshui Road. It is a luxurious urban business hotel situated in the heart of the bustling CBD. The hotel offers 450 keys with total construction area is about 73,600 SM. 

There is more than 1,800 SM of meeting space, including the largest ballroom in the city. It has five food and beverage outlets including the Chinese restaurant that features eleven lavish private dining rooms and five of the eleven private dining rooms have attached private roof top gardens. Other amenities include indoor swimming pool and gym. As it is part of a Manhattan Themed district, the building design fashions a classic Manhattan look.
