Amenities All the Way Up

The SkyHouse design is one of residential luxury throughout, and the rooftop is the cherry on top.  The top decks concentrate much of the recreational amenities (fitness center, yoga studio, Club Room) in one space. The Club room overlooks a swimming pool and entertainment deck with an outdoor fireplace and two cooking stations. Glass guardrails surround the deck, allowing unobstructed views of the cityscape. Potted plants were selected and placed to create more intimate and comfortable spaces. Close collaboration with the interior designers on outdoor furniture selection and placement amongst the pots was important to achieve an integrated and comfortable environment.
