This 24 story office tower is strategically positioned in the heart of Atlanta’s Buckhead Business District. The building is ideally located in the proximity of Atlanta's renowned shopping, restaurants, and hotels with fast and easy access to both GA 400 and MARTA, the city's public transportation system.

Two Alliance Center is the second phase of this multi-phase office development which currently includes One Alliance Center, a 20 story, 500,000 SF office tower, and a 1,586 car parking structure.

The buildings pair well together as Two Alliance Center expands the architectural design theme of One Alliance Center by introducing a sweeping vertical crescent. Rendered as a crystalline glass form, this signature skyline feature creates a visual connection from the streetscape to the sky, thus establishing the project identity at the city scale.

Additionally, Two Alliance Center is the first Buckhead office building to earn LEED® Gold certification. Among its sustainable features are high-performing insulated glazing, an advantageous proximity to public transportation and provisions for community green space.
