"Class-A" Office Amenities with Spectacular Views

The office component of 3344 Peachtree occupies levels 6 to 26 and offers class "A" office amenities and services coupled with spectacular views of the city. Inspired by the fluidity and organic massing at the base of the building, the office lobby is oval in shape with core elements centrally located and surrounded by seventeen foot high window walls that provide openness to the street and pedestrian environment. Featuring rich stone flooring and dramatic wood paneling, the lobby serves as a backdrop to the spectacular art program on display for the public to experience.

Careful attention was given to the finish selections. The symmetrical planning of the lobby creates a “front door” experience facing both Peachtree Street and the auto entry court located on the opposite side. Within these two spaces, signature artwork, sophisticated seating groups and decorative lighting complements the architectural backdrop. A custom designed concierge desk was strategically located to offer a high level of customer service while affording direct visual control throughout the entire lobby environment.

"The success of the project reflects a powerful, collaborative effort involving the owner, designer, contractors and vendors sharing common resources and a great deal of trust."
