Atlanta, Georgia
This twenty-story tower is located on Peachtree Road, a major artery of Atlanta, and lacks immediate access to park space. This created the need for a garden terrace on the third floor, which, due to its grand scale, has become a fixture for local gatherings, outdoor events, and parties.
As one enters the terrace, the atmosphere is set with a water feature, creatively arranged with decorative pots and bubbling water flowing over river pebbles. From here, the experience transitions to the outdoor kitchen/dining area, a fireplace lounge, and a junior Olympic-sized pool.
A smaller, more private garden was designed to provide a quiet space for contemplation and reflection. A 30-year-old specimen Japanese Maple is the iconic focal point at the end of a great lawn.
