A Look at Cortland Vesta

Located in the heart of the historic Five Points District of downtown Birmingham, Alabama sits Vesta, with both high rise and boutique-style luxury apartments.

Consisting of a total of 318 units, this project is divided into two residential buildings and a 475-space parking deck. The 17-story residential tower was designed to offer its residents the best views of downtown Birmingham, especially from the Rooftop pool and Club Lounge. The tower sits on a two–story podium consisting of a terraced lobby connected to the main entrance. The low-rise component of the project is a five-story apartment building featuring 74 one and two-bedroom units.

Located on a commercially active street, the project has a marketplace feel, while the boutique-style apartments, with their cozy interiors, were designed with comfort and luxury in mind. Smallwood provided Architectural, Interior design, Landscape and Experiential Graphic Design services for this exciting project.
