Congratulations to Arman Tolentino, graduate of ULI class of 2021!

Congratulations to Arman Tolentino, graduate of ULI Atlanta’s Center for Leadership, class of 2021!

The unofficial theme of this year’s CFL class was rising to the moment and finding new pathways to connect, collaborate and conduct “business as usual” when the world was anything but. Using tours, discussions, and collaborations on local projects, participants explored how they could impact issues of growth, affordability, equity, and resiliency.

The Center for Leadership aims to cultivate leadership and life-strategy skills by teaching emerging leaders in the real estate and land use industries how the Atlanta region gets built and how their decisions shape the future of the built environment.

During the course of the 9-month CFL program, Arman participated in monthly classes featuring leaders and experts from the public and private sectors of Metro Atlanta’s real estate and land use industries. As part of the program, Arman was part of a 5-person mini Technical Assistance Panel (mTAP) that produced an mTAP Report for MARTA. The report helped MARTA envision the possibilities of a Bus Rapid Transit Oriented Development at Windward Parkway in Alpharetta.

Arman is a Project Architect with over 12 years of experience in the industry. As chair of Smallwood’s Enrichment Team, an employee-led group dedicated to promoting professional development opportunities for our staff, his completion of this program will not only have great benefit for himself, but will also give opportunities for the whole Smallwood team to benefit from his experience.
