RBC Gateway Tops Out!

Together with United Properties, McGough Construction, US Bank, RBC Wealth Management, JLL and the Mayor of Minneapolis, Smallwood officially celebrated the topping out of the RBC Gateway project in Minneapolis, MN! The 37-story building will be home to the U.S. headquarters of RBC Wealth Management, and the city’s first five-star hotel: the Four Seasons Minneapolis and its 33 private Four Seasons Residences. Our Smallwood team is providing architecture, landscape, interior design, and experiential graphic design services for the project and we look forward to its grand opening in 2022!
