Chuck Hull and Jim Chamberlain, part of Smallwood’s leadership team, discuss our upcoming mixed-use project in the Washington Post article titled “Reinventing ‘the burbs’ with an urban twist”. The Grove at Town Center, an 18 acre master plan for the city of Snellville, GA, builds on the success of the award winning Alpharetta City Center, also designed by Smallwood. This exciting 86,000 square foot project, featuring 250 apartments, a library, retail, restaurant and green space with trails, is part of a nationwide shift towards a walkable Suburban Downtown providing urban amenities at a suburban price point.
