Seeking individuals with 8-12 years of experience with the ability to work on and oversee the development of a project in full, including all phases; specifically, construction documentation and specifications for corporate projects. Experience in furniture selection and specification, Architectural detailing and coordination with specialty and Engineering consultants is required. Applicants should have experience in managing designers and technical staff in all phases of a project. Experience in scheduling, budgeting, and time management is required. Individuals should have a track record of interfacing with and developing strong relationships with teams and clients.

- Will be responsible for understanding and interpreting the goals of a project into an appropriate design, while meeting budget and schedule.
- Possible travel, as required for projects.
- Will attend scheduled presentations when necessary to communicate design intent to client and design team.
- Familiar with ADA compliance and commercial building codes.
- Work with the design team to develop a design based on project criteria, program, and budget.
- Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout, and utilization of furnishing.
- Coordinate design documents with engineers and various consultants.
- Review submittals and RFI’s for compliance with design intent, specifications, and documents.
- Direct and review design documents for content and accuracy and coordination with consultants.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, AutoCAD and Revit, and Sketch Up.
