Graduating with diplomas and certifications in architectural technology and interior design from Singpore Polytechnic and Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts, Swee Heok began her career in 1987. During her career, Swee has rooted her industry specialization in Interior Design. She frequently collaborates with prestigious developers and renowned interior consultancy firms, specializing in high-end hospitality and residential designs.
Self-motivated and deeply committed to her projects, Swee’s enthusiasm for design, design thinking, and problem-solving fuels her involvement in every project. Leveraging her extensive exposure, she has acquired in-depth knowledge of the design process, enabling her to create and manage successful projects. Swee enjoys researching the geographical and cultural influences of each project, understanding the client base and their needs. She crafts captivating stories and unique experiences through her design approach.
Her passion and dedication have advanced her career to her current role as a Design Lead and Director of the Design Team. Swee Heok leads client and consultant meetings to set design directions, create and develop concepts, manage design, coordinate projects, and guide her team in producing design documentation. With her design sense, vast knowledge and skills, and a keen eye for detail, Swee consistently delivers projects of international standards.
