Sean is a Project Architect with extensive experience guiding complex architectural projects from concept through construction. He plays a key role in the documentation and delivery of projects, coordinating closely with clients, engineering consultants, and specialty consultants to ensure design intent, technical requirements, and project goals are fully realized.
With more than 28 years of architectural experience, Sean has worked across a wide range of project types including multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, and interior architecture. He has served as a lead architectural designer, project manager, project architect, and contract administrator, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the full project life cycle. His strength lies in his ability to actively communicate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain continuity between initial design concepts, budget, and execution.
Sean is a registered architect in Georgia and holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Louisiana State University. He is responsible for design documentation during the Design Development and Construction Document phases and supports projects through construction by collaborating with contract administrators and responding to field inquiries. His work is informed by a passion for creating amenity-rich, technology-forward environments that enhance residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
