DataScan HQ awarded LEED Gold Certification

Part of the award winning Alpharetta City Center redevelopment project completed in the Fall of 2018 for the City of Alpharetta and MidCity Real Estate Partners, DataScan is a four-story, 47,000 SF office building designed in a Romanesque style in keeping with other 20^th century commercial buildings found around Atlanta. The brick and cast stone exterior features bold massing, a brick frieze around the second floor line, and a corbelled brick cornice at the parapet. A large fourth floor terrace overlooks the town green and provides a gathering space for corporate social functions.

Our Interior Design team designed the office space to be modern and open creating a loft-style feel that combines multiple teaming spaces, social rooms, and private work carrels, providing DataScan employees with a wide choice of spaces in which to work in.
