As Project Design Architect, Andy leads the design from concept through design development and collaborates with the entire design team during contract documentation and construction.

Andy has 30 years of creative and practical broad-based architectural design experience. He has led and collaborated on multi-disciplinary teams of designers, planners, architects, and engineers.

Andy has an innovative talent for visualizing the concept, articulating an organizational goal then setting objectives and priorities to achieve it. He has led the design of some of the world's most complex projects with a total construction value exceeding $1B.

He is a results-oriented design Architect who has been praised as an intuitive/pragmatic problem-solver and is comfortable leading or collaborating - in a style that’s both encouraging and driven - raising the bar on design excellence and client service.

Andy has more than 20 years of fully integrating computer technology into the design process having personally mastered 3D visualization. He is a self-motivated professional, undergirded by a strong work ethic, able to perform under pressure of tight deadlines and fixed construction budgets while consistently achieving project goals for aesthetics and functionality. Ultimately his greatest fulfillment comes from helping clients realize their objectives and highest aspirations passionately striving to leave the built world a better place for living.
