Integrated IT Campus to Live, Work, and Shop

Gurgaon One is a mega mixed use development supporting a state-of-the-art IT campus. The 200,000 sm site is located to the east of Mehrauli Gurgaon Road. The project comprises of two sites. Site One features one shopping mall (GFA 89,000 SM), a five-star hotel (GFA 20,200 SM) and a luxury hotel (GFA 23,700 SM). Site Two is the IT campus (GFA 146,000 SM) and corporate housing (GFA 93,000 sm).

The site layout is planned along the east-west spine with the shopping mall located to the south and the IT park in the north. The main arrival focal point is the shopping mall entrance along Mehrauli Gurgaon Road which is flanked by the two hotels on the north and on the south. Site Two is organized with a centripetal geometry to form a cluster that minimizes any overlooking problem. The site is also interspersed with pockets of gardens with water bodies for the workers', shoppers' and guests' enjoyment.
