With a desire to create an individual lifestyle experience within an industrial luxury theme, the design program for this spa, hotel, and serviced apartments created an eclectic mix of polished concrete and rough rendered surfaces as a backdrop of ’industrial eclecticism’ to the more luxurious fabrics, furnishings and rich patterns.

The design for this spa is free from the arabesque references that are more common in Dubai hospitality projects. This creates a truly individual and indulgent ambiance.
