A New Vision

This master plan for the re-development of the existing Hilton Hotel, located on an eleven-hectare site in Al Ain, will total approximately 68,632 SM. The mixed use resort development has been strategically planned to facilitate the re-development of the existing facilities in three phases without affecting the ongoing core operations.

The development features a large central lake and includes a new 17,598 SM, 150-room five-star Hilton Hotel, a 19,012 SM, 200-unit luxury serviced apartments, 204 luxury chalets, 3,432 SM retail plaza and 2,673 SM spa facilities, with extensive landscaped grounds, and structured car parking for 984 cars.
