This new 27,061 SM development comprises a 150-key extension and associated conversion/renovation works to the existing five-star Ritz-Carlton Dubai. The extension includes a six-story guestroom tower located over new function facilities and related public spaces as well as a new spa annex. The existing hotel public areas and back of house facilities were remodeled and renovated to complement and service the expanded hotel that approximately doubled in capacity.
