Revitalizing a Country Resort Hotel

This 150 key, 18,543 SM 4-Star Resort Hotel, designed by Smallwood, is located on a 35,056 SM site, having a maximum height of 30m. The project involved the redevelopment of the existing resort facilities and overall site planning to enhance and revitalize the Resort. The form is an organic free-flowing shape in plan up to a maximum of 4 stories planned around an activated internal landscaped garden and pool area. In addition, a Ballroom and external 'Great Lawn' offer separate, yet integrated weddings facilities. Six private Cottages are strategically positioned to provide privacy and pleasant vistas to the landscape beyond.
