Located in George Town on the island of Grand Cayman, FIN Grand Cayman is a 136,000 SF luxury condominium development featuring 37 residences, nine guest suites, and a 48-car below-grade parking garage.  The residences are located in the project's five-story Main Building which overlooks the beach and Caribbean Sea.  The Guest Suites occupy two, 2-story buildings to the east.  Together, the three buildings create a formal arrival court that is enhanced with decorative paving and lush, indigenous landscaping.

Ranging in size from 1,400 SF to 3,800 SF, the residences offer a variety of floor plans including flats, two-story, and three-story units.  Each unit has private elevator access and balconies on two sides.  The top floors of the two- and three-story units also have roof terraces on two sides.  Expansive terraces featuring built-in spas and glass privacy screens face west towards the ocean, while smaller, Asian-inspired roof gardens face east towards the island of Grand Cayman.

Amenities include an Owners' Lounge with beach access, Fitness Center, and Pool.  Located on the third floor of the main building, the pool cantilevers nearly 15 feet over the beach towards the ocean.  Clear acrylic walls and clear floor panels overlooking the Gym below make for a unique swimming experience.

Inspired by Art-Deco classics from the Twenties, the architecture of FIN is modern, streamlined, and sleek.  With its minimal palette of bright white walls, blue glass, and shimmering stainless steel, the building is unlike any other on the Island.
