A Residential Development Ideal for Young Professionals 

SkyHouse is a design prototype for an upscale, high-rise residential rental community. Proposed for development in multiple, metropolitan markets, the projects are targeted to young professionals who are seeking a high-end residential environment in an in-town neighborhood.

In keeping with the objectives of a prototype, the interior design and finish selections for SkyHouse are intended to be replicated at all locations. Although repeated at multiple sites, the interior design is nonetheless warm, contemporary and appealing to young professionals. Unconventional materials, striking light fixtures, and stylish furniture distinguish the public spaces of the property from those found in the typical rental community. 

The design aesthetic established in the lobby is carried through to the rooftop amenity level. The Club Room provides multiple seating areas offering comfortable, contemporary furniture with boldly patterned upholstery.
