The luxury Sanya Haitang Bay Sigma Resort features two signature resort developments located on a 19.26-hectare beachfront site with 370 M of beachfront along Haitang Bay. The total development for the 150-Key JW Marriott Sanya Haitang Bay and Resort Spa and the 510-Key Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort is 105,428 SM. The hotels share a common 6,000 SM convention facility and back of house facilities. 

The planning of the resort is based on a river flowing around a stone to the waterfront and features amenities such as a private spa, tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and numerous pools for relaxation and fun/play for the children. Guestrooms have spacious balconies where guests can enjoy the sea views. The resort also offers ten single-story luxurious villas for family guests.  Landscape Design services were provided by Belt Collins.
