The 22,300 SM JW Marriott Sanya Haitang Bay Resort & Spa features 150 keys of luxurious and spacious boutique guestrooms. It is part of the Sanya Haitang Bay Sigma Resort development located on a 19.26-hectare 360 M long beachfront site on Haitang Bay beach, sharing facilities with the Sheraton Sanya Haitang Bay Resort.

The architecture of the resort is Mediterranean-style design. The four-story guestroom wings have spacious balconies where guests can enjoy the sea views. The resort amenities include three food and beverage outlets, a private spa, tennis courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and numerous pools for relaxation and fun/play for the children.
