Noel has been in professional practice since 1995. His experience includes design, documentation, and management of various large-scale projects of Hospitality, Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Office, and Retail throughout Southeast Asia, China, South Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
He is a dedicated Project Architect, in charge of producing quality competition and design presentations and documentation packages, as well as in coordinating with the respective consultants for timely delivery of information and deliverables.
His effectiveness in solving complex issues involving design and technical disciplines and in the implementation of relevant codes and regulations has been valuable in managing projects from concept to the construction documentation phase.
His strengths include design coordination and resolution, team management, consultant liaison, and CAD & BIM documentation.
Prior to joining Smallwood Singapore in 2004, Noel worked as a Middle Manager in façade consultant firms in Singapore, for 3 years and as a Project Architect in an architectural firm in Manila, Philippines, for 5 years.
