Christopher has held numerous roles throughout his over 21-year career giving him a well-rounded understanding of the design and construction process, including 16 years as a Contract Administrator. Christopher is skilled at creating comprehensive Construction Documents for various project types. He has acquired the ability to engage in complex troubleshooting and preemptive problem solving by optimizing available resources. Christopher utilizes his extensive field construction experience and communication skills to develop innovative solutions that can be incorporated into any project.

Christopher provides valuable insight on construction documentation for code compliance and identifying missing essential content and discrepancies between Drawing and Specifications which is needed to fully and accurately convey the design intent. He provides guidance on the review of RFIs and Submittals requiring a higher level of evaluation. Additionally, he provides guidance on constructability conditions that arise to produce more viable options and points of discussion. Having experience in reviewing Pay Applications, he provides insight to dedicated Reviewers on items that might need further deliberation or clarification. In addition, Christopher provides guidance on the Substantial Completion / Punch List process to assist in identifying areas of concern that may not have been identified or addressed but are essential for establishing Substantial Completion.
