Greenbelt Al Matar/C Ring Road Railway Station Development is located at the intersection of Al Matar and C Ring Road. This is a unique Urban Lifestyle mixed use development. It occupies a land area of 29.5 hectare with intended gross construction area of about 1.2 million SM resulting in a plot ratio of 2.60; of which, about 400,000 SM is basement car park and support facilities.

The purpose of this master plan is to optimize the Al Matar Station by introducing a series of urban functions to craft out a unique development. There will be hotels, shopping mall, office, convention center, F&B outlets, serviced apartments, apartments, utility hub, mosque, cultural heritage/art gallery, kindergarten, recreation zone, polyclinic, post office, banks, police station and community center.

The master plan respects human scale, creates a sense of place, reinforces the urban edge while creating a hierarchy of public, semi-public and private spaces. This design philosophy provides a series of generous public piazzas and smaller more intimate shaded parks along the Greenbelt, enhancing the appeal of the concept.
