Revamped Park becomes Great Neighbor

Located in the Westshore submarket of Tampa, Florida, Independence Park is a 44-acre master planned office development consisting of multiple three to five-story Class “A” office buildings ranging in size from 115,700 SF to 160,000 SF. The plan is developed as a “great neighbor” office complex that is sensitive to the existing neighborhood and contributes to a better environment through the planned preservation of existing “Grand Trees,” the clustering of buildings around water features and the enhancement of existing walking trails for community use. Parking for five spaces per 1,000 SF of building area is located predominantly in surface lots with additional capacity accommodated in strategically placed three level deck structures to minimize visual impact.
