A Natural Enclave for Work

Sanctuary Park is a master planned, corporate office environment on a suburban site adjacent to GA 400 north of Atlanta. The master plan is organized around a central parkway with a landscaped median, entrance water features, two lakes, a ball field and a tract of twelve separate building pads for phased development.

The park is comprised of stands of hardwood trees, a lake and several natural streams with extensive outdoor amenities. Building sites were selected to maintain existing trees, terrain and wetlands while providing views of the natural beauty of the park. An extensive nature trail connects the buildings throughout the park.
