As a lead designer, Greg has over thirty-five years of professional experience concentrated on Master Planning, designing and managing a variety of complex building programs that include over 8.5 million SF of corporate build to suit and Class "A" speculative office buildings, high and low-rise Multifamily Residential, Hospitality, Retail, Education and Mixed-Use developments located in urban as well as suburban settings.
In his design approach, Greg relies on his understanding of the built environment and creative problem-solving skills to explore and present multiple design solutions for clients to quickly render informed decisions throughout the design process. His proficiency in two-dimensional planning, combined with three-dimensional digital modeling skills, bring added value to the team by enabling clients to visualize and understand components of the project in a more comprehensive three-dimensional environment.
Greg takes great pride and sense of ownership in every project that he undertakes. He is committed to working with clients to realize the vision and potential for their project.
On several occasions, when others have frustrated, I gravitate back to Smallwood as they have consistently provided quality and timely work and continue to capture Dewberry Capital’s vision.”
