The challenge of placing a new 3,000-seat competition gymnasium on an existing crowded campus was solved with this free-standing facility. It is located with easy access from the school unifying the entrance to the overall multi-sport complex.

A spacious lobby for ticketing and concessions also serving as a gathering space for special events for football, soccer, and track and field events, greets spectators as they enter the facility.

The new gymnasium, surrounded by an indoor walking/running track, serves both basketball teams as well as the girl’s volleyball team and includes a 4,200 SF facility for the wrestling team. Retractable bleachers provide for flexible floor space and additional court area. Home and Visitor Team locker rooms, coaches’ offices, training and storage rooms are located at the court level.
