French Mediterranean Inspired Luxury Apartments

Olympus Harbour Island Apartments is a 21-story apartment tower overlooking the adjacent Ybor Channel with scenic views to both Hillsborough Bay and McCay Bay. The 340 residences range in size from 650 SF studio apartments to 1600 SF three bedroom units.

The charming French Mediterranean architectural theme is carried throughout the building design into the richly detailed lobby and lush landscaping and amenity areas. The material palette incorporates a combination of cast stone, travertine, and stucco.  Other architectural details include arched cast stone windows at the base of the building and ornamental cornices on the lower and upper floors as well at the corners of the building. The north and south ends of the tower are topped by two-story mansard roof sections covered in slate-gray metal panels accented with copper-patina colored metal details including dormers, ridge caps, gutters and flashing.

Demonstrating Smallwood's commitment to sustainability, the building was designed to be Florida Green Building Coalition (FGBC) certified.

This amenities-packed facility includes a fitness center, a yoga room, a private dining facility with adjoining kitchen, a club lounge with game room, a media lounge and an intimate 16-guest movie theater. The exterior amenities are arranged within a formal walled garden and include a classically shaped pool with attached spa, a sunken fire pit, an outdoor bar, along with outdoor dining areas with gas grills.
