Centergy at Technology Square

Atlanta, Georgia

Connection-Integration-Convergence

These three themes were the inspiration for Centergy.

Ideally situated on Fifth Street in Midtown Atlanta, the vision was to position a collaborative office environment between the city’s cultural epicenter and one of the country's leading research institutions, The Georgia Institute of Technology. A unique partnering of private enterprise, academia, and state government allows tenants to harness the resources of all entities. Centergy continues to be the nucleus of Midtown Atlanta's technology hub.

The Plaza acts as both a gateway and a place of respite in a bustling urban neighborhood. Centered between the two office buildings of Phase 1, it provides café-style seating for ground-level eateries, as well as casual seating under a shaded canopy of Zelkovas.

"What Centergy and Technology Square have done is nothing short of redefining and energizing that part of Midtown Atlanta...They provide a fabulous example of how attention to design quality, streetscape and development coordination can generate vibrancy and result in a successful development project."
