Pedestrian-Friendly Streetscape for an Urban Garage

This four-level Midtown Atlanta parking structure accommodates 400-vehicles and a five-lane drive-up teller facility for a banking institution. The facility is a precast concrete façade designed to blend with the residential neighborhood. Smallwood coordinated closely with Midtown Alliance to implement their guidelines for streetscape improvements, including generous setbacks and upgraded paving materials to mesh with current and future development. The structure of the facility was designed for expansion of up to three additional levels of parking.
