The Emami Tejomaya residential development is located along Old Mahabalipuram in the southern part of Chennai on a 6,320 SM site. It consists of a 50-story, stand-alone super high-rise tower with 234 apartment units, a 28-story tower with a total of 291 apartment units, and a nine-story tower with 137 serviced apartment units. Structured parking for more than 750 vehicles is provided in the basement and in above grade parking decks. 

The 50-story residential tower, at a height of 168 M when completed, will be the tallest residential tower in India. Amenities include swimming pools, water park, clubhouse, sky gardens, gym, simulated games center, children’s playground, lady’s club and study room. 

Clean horizontal and vertical lines are prevalent across the whole development. Blade walls and columns accentuate the total height experience while horizontal lines and cladding treatments complement the long expanse of the site.
